Hi, I’m Seth Fensterstock. I founded Windows Only in 1998 in my hometown of Bethesda, MD. After working for several years for other window cleaning companies, I found myself dissatisfied with the way those businesses sacrificed quality and safety to make a buck. That is when I decided to try going into business for myself.
With those early experiences in mind, I have built Windows Only around the principles of professionalism, safety, superior workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Starting as a small, 1-man operation focusing only on window cleaning, I have grown Windows Only into a successful, growing business that today offers many services throughout the DC Metropolitan area. We’re not just “Windows Only” anymore! That’s still our name, but now we also offer screen repair, pressure washing, gutter services, and much, much more.
Professionalism and safety are always at the top of our list. We continually improve our services and techniques by being active members in industry associations such as the IWCA and the MWCoA.
Although Windows Only continues to grow, I work hard to ensure that my employees are trained properly both in performance and safety to make certain my customers receive the quality of service they have come to expect from Windows Only.
